Title: Frame and Fork ID

Any idea what Frame and Forks this is? Don't think it's much of anything but thought i'd ask

The forks are stamped Akusi but not sure what the frame is or if the forks are standard with it?

Looks like a POS to me, especially with that chain-guard bracket  :-\
