Title: help in identifiying old school bmx frame and forks please

can anyone help in identifiying this frame for me please,pics attatched

it has a smaller set post tube ,probibly for a seat post about 21mm in diameter roughly
the rear drop outs are a strange design
the welded on bracket for the rear brake caliper to sit on is unusual
it has 2 sets of frame numbers,both are on the side of the fork tube,these are
mo25532 68
f1459300

any help much appreciated

That brake bridge looks like a smiley face 2 eyes a big long nose and a little mouth :)
