Can anyone give me an idea of what race rims(36h)were about in 91/92,something in the region of Araya 7x,Sun.

I remember the Araya RB-17 was the race rim to have then.  It came in 32H and 36H and only 1.5".  The Sun race rim was the Chinook, I think.  Which became the CR-xx.  There was also the Odyssey T-1000.  But that might have been a bit later.

I have some Sun Chinook rims laced to Kovachi hubs from around that time, hard ann rims and tough as fook  :2gunsfiring_v1:
