i guess a NS BOTM would be hard due to who actually builds a new NS bike every month?  once they're built (which is either as a complete or only once) they stay as is?  or just get new bits as they brake.   :-\

This TA appeared in Tech & Resto a week or so back, is it still allowed in here?  Its never been in BOTM/Y before.
