Title: Tyres in the dishwasher?
Post by: mark 2 on August 20, 2009, 02:24 PM
Got some yellow labeled comp 3's the came on a bike - label's a pretty worn and the walls are pretty dirty. Soaked them in a bath and scrubbed them with a tooth brush. The walls are loosing their colour after cleaning but does anyone know whether putting them in the dish washer would be a disaster or do you reckon the heat / steam /  water would get the ingrained dirt out successfully. I'm guessing I can kiss goodbye to the labels completely.....

Thank you ;)
