Title: ****My Aero Pro Custom****
Post by: russ j on August 22, 2009, 08:19 PM: A lot of ppl will not know me on here as i usually frequant Burnerworld.Anyway i've done various Builds (mostly Burners 8)) and i've always wanted to build an Aero Pro,but never seem to have got round to it.But i've finally built one (not to factory spec but a great looking custom ;)).

I know some of you guys are not the biggest fans of Burners but here she is in all here glory:

I already had the White Dia Compe brake pads from a previous brakeset.Also the Shimano 16t freewheel.

All the powdercoating,chrome plating,zinc plating was done by Buttsbikeshop.

The wheel re-builds were done by Buttsbikeshop.

I polished up the stem 'bottom',the reflector bracket,chainwheel,spider,The Dia Compe 900's,wheel nuts,stem bolts,Shimano freewheel myself.

I designed the decal set as well
