Title: My Mongoose Grand-Prix
Post by: jp-rebel on August 29, 2009, 04:58 PM: This build started with just the Frame plus parts I had lying around in fact only the Tyres ,Forks .Pads and Do-nuts were purchased specifically for this Bike. The Elina UL post and white CWâ€™s I already had inspired the colour scheme making the connection with the chequered black and white flag of grand-prix.A big thanksâ€™ to anyone mentioned in the parts run down.

Dordymush; Your right, a white chain would be a winner on this bike, I shall get one soon, thanks’ for the advice. 8)

Cant remember where the dust caps came from,They have been knocking around in my parts boxes for a few years,they are 80's NOS and were made by Meteor.With the price of parts now days i am trying to use up any parts I have been hoarding,most of this bike was built with stuff I already had. :)
