Title: can you get disc wheels for bmx?

as the title goes........can you get a disc wheel (you know the solid wheel that track riders use)  for a 20" wheel?

if so, would somebody point me in the right direction for them please?

Try EBAY medved and keep looking for 'em!!   You'll get them in the end!!

There are some on ebay at the moment i believe.

There were also proper alloy disc wheels, not covers, TRM i think, nut there damm expensive. There was a pair on bmx museumj recenty for $2500.
