I will get some pictures up soon did a charity bike ride on Sunday for macmillan
10,25,63 miles was the choice over a 1000 riders meeting at the park and ride on Sunday
loads of pro,s, roadracing serious types in Lycra , even my colleagues turned up pretending they were lance Armstrong
i chipped up in camoflage shorts , trainers and I pod and massive cans on the silverstreak and caused a bit of a stir
anyway did the 10 miles and raised a few quid
long way with your knees above your head
got a sore arse the kashimax aero was a over rated saddle in my opininon
I ain't been around much . Lots of stuff going on i will get my supporters badge sorted
as I said pictures when I get camera sorted

Keep the faith indeed mate - well done. 10 miles on a Kashi Aero would be more pain than an overnigh stay in Strangeways sharing a cell with "Maddog Willie McStuffyourass" I'd say :shocked: :shocked: :daumenhoch:
