I beleive that the early Square Edge stems with an oval TN decal were available early 76, these then became round edged in about 1980/81 and acquired the embossed stamp c.1982 (maybe earlier but can't be sure) ;)

I'd tidy up the bolts and refinish the edges and maybe refinish with the satin look :-\
