Title: Hubguards
Post by: Bushwacked on September 22, 2009, 02:08 PM
Can anyone give me some advice on hubguards for my bike. Been grinding some ledges and my hubs and spokes are getting hammered from it, especially the rear.

Looked around and there seem to be so many but also so few if you know what I mean. Do they have to be specific to your hub or can you get anyone???   :-\

My hub is a Twenty driving hub if that helps.

i run one of these mate

i just put it over the axel and used a little gentle pressure to get the wheel into the frame, it only adds a tiny amount of thickness to your hub so the frame should take it  :daumenhoch:
