Title: Brakes

Has anyone used a  U Brake Adapter Plate, so you can use u brakes on an old school bike???

Yeah, they were very popular through the 90s, mostly on the front of bikes as not many had AD lugs at the time.

They work well, no real problems   :)

One thing,  don't be tempted to fit it underneath the seatstays unless you secure the plate to the stays with jubilee clips or monster zip ties, there's a good chance it'll mangle the bridge on your frame if you don't..
