Here's my pretty much complete NOS spec 1982 Silver Streak I've just about finished, even down the the IRC innertubes. This has been built based on the official literature, though there are a couple of items that I will change if and when they come up.
The only items that are not 100% NOS or offical spec are the seatpost (unbranded), chain (Izumi) stem (not NOS)and repro padset.

Neil, it seemed a shame for the frameset to just sit there when it opitomises old school DB for me so she had to get built.
Deffo wont be building anymore; and as for this one, a no hoper for finding NOS parts but a lovely project for someone :LolLolLolLol:

Mark, My one i had back in 83-83 was almost the same. Except the chainring was different and the grips were the Ones with the holes in. I also remember the pads being white? Dont know why buy its just a vauge memory i have of it (I would love to see it again :'() And my pedals were almost the same but had screw on cages and were chrome. Apart from that it all looks the same. I would freakin love to build one of them again as i have almost all the parts from mine i just need the frame and forks.
And i Looooooovvvveeeeee them tyres. Mine had them and i have never seen another set in that condition since i started building 2 years ago. Where the foook did u find them?
