Title: some skatepark shots on a Haro sport
Post by: tricknuts on October 07, 2009, 07:24 AM
My mate Craig came over from the Uk to visit recently, so we took the opportunity to head down to the skatepark. Only one problem. i only have 1 new school bike, so i had to take my Haro sport, hoping he woudn't scratch it. I had a go on it myself for the first time. I can't believe how horrible it felt. it was like riding my granny (or her bike).

still. we had the ribs smoking on the BBQ all afternoon, so they were ready when we got back home- along  with the beers in the fridge.   great day. :smitten:

me getting a bit of air. I hadn't been out on my bike for months, so Iwas pretty chuffed with this effort..anything over the coping is a win. :LolLolLolLol:

Awesome skatepark mate & great photos! Keep hearing that new school bikes weigh a ton compared to the old bikes but from the sounds of it ,they ride alot better

Mate where is that park??? No graffiti no muggers no drug dealing. ( That rules out most places in UK then ). Just gorgeous concrete and sun. Don't worry I won't turn up on your doorstep with me bike n bags. taking a break from life and want to visit some cool places with my bike. cheers

 Lenni

Its in san Jose in California. Caifornia's biggest Ive been told. Its great. Even although bikes don't get many hours a week, its so big that often you'll have the whole section to yourself..
