Title: crank is drivin me nuts

left hand crank arm keeps coming loose, driving me mental, like riding a bike made of jelly

square taper BB axle with alloy crank arm? if so the taper in the arm is fooked - I dont think there is a repair...

Give us a  bit more info - there's bound to be a cure.  Make and model of crank, stick a picture up maybe?

yeah I used this but it never lasted long..

I had trouble with the non drive arm on my rider coming loose - simple addition of a washer sorted it  :daumenhoch:

have you cleaned the threads and then use fresh threadloc?   ???

have you stripped it out at all?

mine used to come loose because the sleeve over the spindle (inside the BB) was too long.

probably best to get your LBS to look at it...

Locktite threadlock
