Not the most popular bike on this forum but I've had an urge for one for a while and the deal was right and the rest is history....
Just sold Haroriders old MK09 freestyler f&f set with the intention to buy something old/mid school but the spend for something nice was going to be more than anticipated and a contact said for a lot less than the normal retail you can have this. Picked it up today and made a few subtle mods, I intend to use it as my daily rider/occasional pub hack.

Deal but I think this one is a keeper, any future bmx spends will be on my Colony to keep it light and up to date. ;)

Cheers dude, Only had a gentle roll down the road on it and it feels nice, just ordered some tuff pads for it as the standard tektro ones dont have any angle adjustment and are pants.

nice one Robbo....looks cool as fokk man!
the tyres should be in the post tomorrow...as even if the weather.s great i've gone and mash a tech77 into my knee so probably no riding tomorrow!

looks cool that Rob :daumenhoch:
would go for an older looking chainwheel though

Not sure mate, will be seeing a mate who has one so will compare....dont think its as heavy :).
-
like the few changes you've made looks more rideable now, considdered getting one but thought they were a bit pricey, now thats dropped i think there a good deal, flipping the stem is good idea, assuming thats what you've done :daumenhoch:
-
Not touched the stem mate, it was already like that which is cool as I'm a long old thing so combined with the layback it fits perfect! :daumenhoch:
-
i think they ride well and not quite as heavy as the '06 sport :daumenhoch:
-
i have also thought about buying one of these
