after removing the wedge and wedge bolt can you remove the ally body from the stem ??

yes. I had to gently heat mine to expand the hole slightly and then press it out.
no I need to put it back together. :LolLolLolLol:

cheers marc :daumenhoch: .. is there a technique mate

gently heat the body with blow torch or stick in oven with yer dinner. screw the big bolt about half way in and keep taping the top with a rubber mallet and it will eventually come out.
