I think they are the nicest cranks ever made.
I'm about to have a set of early 401's recromed but would much prefer a set of them.
-
OMG .........dont tell me you have done a rep of bmx legend munners ta
-
it was the legends :coolsmiley:
-
:LolLolLolLol:
-
How much did they cost?!?!
-
lovely cranks, i prefer them to 401s even though they were the cheaper option back in the day, id maybe put some dx pedals on though, dont know if bear traps go with a freestyle bike/platform, think of the shins
-
budge youve made me do a sex wee in me kegs bro :smitten: :smitten:lovely set up and the best crank in the bizz mate imho
-
im not riding it so no need to worry about me shins. i think they look good together. :coolsmiley: ::)i have some nos dxs but there not 9/16. i dont fancy changeing the spindles

fulla meaty goodness ;)
Strange boy ! ;D
-
.... yeh my NOS Suginos came through too :LolLolLolLol:
Though I have to be honest and say that I don't think the quality of finish is as good as the Redline 401's I bought back in the day..... you can see polishing marks under the chrome on the 400's and the finish has slightly deterioated through storage over time :(

Munners said it looks the nuts Budge. :daumenhoch: :daumenhoch: :daumenhoch: He would have put a 3 piece on it to but the bike was a rep of his as a kid so he couldnt.
He has an iphone and the screen has cracked so he couldnt get pics you sent him.
He reckons you should keep the DX's on it and change the spindles. :4_17_5: :4_17_5: :4_17_5: :4_17_5:
I think it looks wicked to. Get some more nice pics up. :) :) :) :) :) :)

so which are more desirable/rarer?i always thought there were less of the Sugino stamped 400's about.i managed to get a "shelf wear" only Haro Master(L shape dropouts) a few years ago with the Sugino's on for £100.guess you could say i got the cranks for free.whats a rough price for a set of Suginos in(for want of a better word)NOS before building? :-\
