how can you search for the posts that you actually have posted yourself im lost on this one

Click on your name to the left

<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<

Or click the buton "PROFILE" at the top ^^^^^^^^

Either takes you to a view of your profile (all members can see this)

at the bottom there is an option "Show the last posts of this person."

Click it and it will show all your posts starting with the most recent first  :)
