I've got a set of them cheng shins on my 79 black n yella goose

Fairly sure they are circa 1980/81 :)

That doesn't look like a Champion Matt, the meeting of the tubes looks wrong and there isn't a 3rd bar under the toptube.  Maybe a Skyway as I see a sticker, but doesn't look like a Skyway either.

What is it Eamonn?
