Title: HELP! 1st wheel build!!

Hi guys and girls! What spokes do I need for 20inch araya rims and large flange GT hubs. I want to use them on my ELF Pro race bike! Any advice gladly received!!

184mm  3cross lace and i think 195mm with a 4 cross lace  :daumenhoch:
