Looks like a mid 90s Master or Zippo or something like that  :-\

zippo for sure they did two types one with ad posts & one with out .they look the same as early midsckool masters but they quite diferent they have longer down tube,top tube,seat post & the drop outs are 14mm + the rear drops are over sized with industrial strenght stamped on it

not a lot unfortunately, mind you if you scrap em they prob worth fortunes, as there heavy as fook
