Use these for some serious park and street riding? I'd like to think so :coolsmiley:

Why would you wanna? cos they're cheap?
I wouldnt trust em with pegs.... :-\
-
yehh pretty much cus they're cheap lol ::) i mean if they can take the strains of racing etc then they must be able to do stuff at the skate park. i mean i've seen other forks out on the market that i think wouldn't take the punishment, like the Snafu forks... the dropouts are thin!
-
I've gotta admit some of the new stuff nowadays does look a bit thin and spindly, but materials, heat treating and the welds are a lot stronger... im no expert though... :-\
I wouldnt buy one of those new retro rippers and use it at a skatepark cos its cheap and take race use, i wouldnt trust it not to fold in half!
Even the smoothest riders make mistakes you want summat you can trust if you have one heavy landing
You'd be better off with a secondhand set of forks that are made for the job for 50 quid... :daumenhoch:
-
:daumenhoch: well these are the Pre Fuji 90's USA made ones? the best SE made? but i see where your coming from with having something made for the job :daumenhoch:
-
Agree they are not for todays riding, they look nice but you only get one set of teeth.
You can buy a set of used forks as strong as a ox for not much money.
Its the jumping to flat with 100psi tyres etc that kills parts.
