Title: headset problems

I've just taken a headset off my Aero Reflex build to put on my new Diamondback Silver Streak F/F and can't get the bottom of the headset to sit on the shoulder of the forks. I know it's the right size headset cos the top and bottom parts have seated into the frame nicely, but I'm struggling with the bottom part. I've tried heating it to expand it and that doesn't work. Anyone come across this before? If so, how did you sort it?

I guess you're refering to the race, these can be tricky but if you've tried endlessly to hammer it I'd suggest filing the tube on the forks. :daumenhoch:
