Title: Rickman Pro.
Post by: dt1969 on November 03, 2009, 04:33 PM
Hi All,
Getting around to starting on this Rickam Pro-Frame and Forks, Bars and Seat Post, wondering to get it rechromed, or because it still has all of the original stickersm to keep it as a survivor?

Looks clean enough to me - I've kept far worse looking frames in there original skin and been happy with the final results.

Just give it a good rub down with autosol / peek  :daumenhoch:

Getting a strong message here!
Will be kept as a survivor. If it ever does get sold, Sawzall will have first refusal, he gave me loads of info on it when I first got it-paid £195 for it -complete bike! was pick up only 10 miles away, so was lucky. Most of the parts on it at the time were in good condition, and on another survivor (Elina Seat, DX's, Araya 7x, Tuff Neck Stem, DC MX1000), so worked out well. Got a pair of Blue Alloy hubbed Tuff's, so will look to put them on it.

Cheers DT
