Title: Revcore/?

As far as i understand,there is virtually an identical frame to a Revcore pro,with the exception of double thick dropouts,is it an S&M of some description?or have i got it completley wrong?

Badd & co are pretty similar too, along with the s&ms, some of the later cws look same geometry but without the encased seat tube
