Title: New park in Kent
Post by: TwoBobRob on November 22, 2009, 09:32 AM
Well,  I say new.  What I mean is replacement. Located in Edenbridge on the site of the old ramps. A similar design to the old setup, just with a couple of Fearless' Ramps sensible modifications.  So, a 4ft miniramp leading to a 4ft volcano leading to a 4ft mini 1/4 which will have a subbox on top (not yet fitted).  Sharing that wide 4ft mini is a 4ft jumpbox (very small...) leading to a 6ft 1/4 pipe with a steepish tranny. Should be good for an air.  Asisde from that, the finished article will have a 6ft roll in at the very end of the wide 4ft mini to serve the jumpbox.  Each section is 10ft wide (bar the jumpbox - 8ft ish), so a good size for what it is.

All in all, should be a fun setup.

The riding surface will indeed be Fearless Ramps' finest Birch plywood.  Best in the business   :daumenhoch:

So I got asked a few questions last night regarding progress.  We're nearly there, just a day or two of snagging to get through and the usual safety inspection.

Wouldn't that be lovely eh?  Just a simple roof, no walls. Just enough to keep the thing dry most of the time.
