LOL...doesn't bother me at all...I like reading all kinda stuff. What decals are you guys talk'n about...?
-
Yea I was just about to say the same , sorry for jackin!
Decals for Hutchins Judge2
The red/blue decals...? Someone was selling NOS decals for the Hutchins a little ways back. Can't remember who now though.
-
yea, can't wait for them to be done,i need a set for my Hutchins Pro.
-
Nice! :daumenhoch:
-
It's a beauty Tom :4_17_5:
Liked it with either seatpost :smitten:
I was gonna jump to your defence put a pick of Timmy Judge and his laid back
I like bikes with straight posts myself ,,,but sometimes if your doing a replica or factory style bike then they warrant the right bits ,,i.e in this case the laid back post
I have a Gt one on my T/A xl because you always saw Andy Patterson riding a GT laid back
otherwise , I'd have a Dx post on it :coolsmiley:
I take it this is the finished article of all those goodies under this christmas tree on that pic from last year ::)
Jesus ,,,, there was some money's worth under that tree :daumenhoch:
-
Looks mint as always :4_17_5:

Thanks guys! :daumenhoch:
Yes...the 1st Generation Pro Class cranks have no decal recess on the arms like the 2nd Generation have. Also...you can see the extra little weld on the drive-side arm...look in this picture below very carefully...borrowed from Warren's beautiful site. You'll see the little welded bracket at 7 o'clock on the black power plate.
They were stock on the Eric Rupe and 24" Pro Class models...haven't seen another set yet. :(

Cheers Tom. Great bit of info.
I thought the sticker indent was missing on the Judge pics. Thanks for the close up shots. I see it now, stock on the 85 models, by time the 86 catalogue came out they had the indent. Respect is due, a quality bit of work! :daumenhoch:
That welded bracket is pretty mad :D! Connects to the bolt hole for the powerplate by the looks of it....nice.

I needed the Pro Class cranks for something I might have in the works. ;)
So...I decided to throw a set of Aero-Speeds on her...they are genuine 180's complete. The arms and bolts were re-chromed and the disc has been polished.
She has been changed a bunch of times...but this is the final change...the Pro Class hoops are way nicer then Arayas... :D . Although...they're basically the same...just with holes.
The only thing repopped on her are the decals....everything else is 100%. :coolsmiley:

Thanks John...!!! LOL...Yes...they are destined for a beautiful Goose...no worries...!!!
I am totally happy how I ended the Judge build. I based this picture as my model...even though I'm pretty sure that is either a Hollywood or Pro Racer in the picture.
