different in what way??
-
the ones i have had before have metal/alloy hubs and are stampes tuffs 11 these just say skyway and the hubs look a bit odd .didnt know if they were the new style ones or what
-
mk 1's used to have those hubs but so do the new ones...try the skyway website
-
Utility wheels made by skyway.
Bren.
-
after looking at them, the new ones have the same spoke design as the tuff 2's,the ones that you have the design of the mk 1's but i only ever saw mk 1's with a coaster??
-
as bren says...utilitys
Dave
-
what does utilities mean details if anyone has them thanks so far greg
-
Cheap ones.
Bren
-
i think they are not made specificly for bmx...they are a utility wheel that can be used on anything as a cheap alternative...like a rad pram for your little uns, or a tricked out wheelchair, for riding the vert

i had some of them mate.
not that bad actually but not good enough for the rich folk on here
though matey
-
From what i can make out they were made because Skyway have to pay a percentage to the tuff wheel designer for every wheel.

no thats lovely puredee ;)

ACS Z mags made by Skyway under license?.
ligbee.

Definitely utility wheels (Wheelchairs, etc) Looking at the Skyway site, they do coasters for them (but not Tuff III it seems). I also notice they're now doing disc brake versions too. That would get round the dodgy braking, all they need to do is make them stiffer.
