Title: Wet spray?

Anyone had a frame and forks wet sprayed as i have a mate who sprays cars and he said no problem to do it and i know its not as durable but its for a rider for my son your advice as always appreciated thanks in advance

Had lots wet sprayed and as you know just isn't durable, if it is for a rider and used as a BMX should be prepare for it to look like crap in a couple of weeks.

I think it's alright, not as durable as some finishes but, it can last if you don't chuck it on a bike rack with other bikes, do loads of peg grinds etc

Had my Santa Cruz Bullit done in epoxy 2pack by the local aircraft painters, with dels decals it looks awesome. If they know what they are doing it looks better then powder by a long way, although it doesnt appear to be as hard wearing..

its paint that needs a seprate hardner  that were you get th "2" pak from

2 pak is harnder wearing and you can get a higher gloss level from it


if you leave to air dry for a long period
