Title: Anyone with a machine shop?

Is there anyone with a machine shop on here?   I've got a frame and I want the slots in the dropouts drilled (?)  so I can slam my back wheel in further.   Soz, I don't know the technical terms.

I did this a few years back with a grinder worked ok, but put my back brake back on as couldnt get used to it, well and lack of skill lol
