Bout time I stuck one of my babies up for judgement

Here's my 79 Motomag, was the 1st BMX my ol' man bought me back in the day. Totally original parts that came from a good hunt around my parents loft, shed & garage.

1984 Andy Ruffell Mongoose Pro Class Race Replica U.K.

As you all probs know i was a massive fan of Andy Ruffell back in the day and have already done a 1985 TEAM Raleigh Aero Pro "Andy Ruffell" Race Replica. So because im such a Mongoose fan anyways i just had to do a copy of Andys Race bike from 1984. Used to look through BMX Action Bike Hot Shots Book and drool over Andys bike and wish i could have one just like his. My mam could'nt afford a Pro Class back in the day but i did get a Supergoose and loved it. Anyways 25 years later ive managed to build a bike just like the one i always wanted and have gone for the early 84 bike that was in the BMX Action Bike Book and on the front cover of the Mongoose 1984 Brochure. Just wanna say a big thanks to DB250F, n2cus, JT Smooth, Del, kennyhunter6061 and John Cook Signs Carlisle, could not have done it without all your help, thanks

This caught my attention and I happened to see one up for grabs on US eGay. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=230415212331&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT

To say I was shocked at how much this went for is slightly undertstating it somewhat

How do people afford F+F at this sort of price?

BTW - this isn't a critiscism. Each to their own. I just know that I couldn't justify spending that much on a F+F...

Shame this only received 7% of the votes
