Title: How can I get rid of this??

Hi all

I've cleaned up my frame with the chrome polish and come up really lovely, except for a few areas where it looks stained, tarnished??  Tried to show in the following pics.  Any ideas what I can do - a lot of it seems to be where I guess decals were before, but not all.  Any advice will be appreciated.  Thanks all - and anyone who's got the old mongoose pad set and are thinking of getting rid of it, might be on the lookout for one soon.  Plus might be looking for an old school seat - a half decent one.

it looks like the chrome has been stained somehow, try brasso to polish it up... 

ive got this mongoose seat thats been re-furbed up for grabs..

brasso eh - ill give that a go, thanks - the rest of the chrome is great so i dont think its knackered - could u post a close up of the seat please?
