Title: Very Rare 1979 Robinson ..
Post by: In2 bmx on August 14, 2011, 10:51 AM: I was Very Nervous all yesteday .. Waiting for a guy from the states to accept my offer on a rare robbo ... He didnt want to post it to the UK untill i showed all my other Robinson's

And Now it's Going to live in Leigh , Where it belongs :LolLolLolLol: It's going to take some work ..

This is Very Very rare :smitten: i have Seen a few .. This is One of my all time Fav Robinson's and the only one on the museum .. Should i do mine RED ???

I know someone in the UK that has the frame but No forks ..

Anyway Here goes .. Check the Cranks and i do Belive Propa BOB REEDY pedals with REEDY cages .. Unlike the demco cages on reedy spindels on my 78 ...

Its out of the box and the frame is ok :smitten: and its got a hole in it's gusset ::). the forks are not so pretty tho . :( . So blue it is :LolLolLolLol: ..

The Bob Reedy ^"^ pedals are gonna need lot's of work and i'm not to sure what the bars and stem are ( the bars are 70's cos they are small as fook they look like robbo bars but smaller than the experts ) :-\

.. this one's gonna take all winter :) happy days

They are actually the 1st series of the 600 group and then in 78 they changed to a 5 arm spider.

Got some silly sod sr's from that period too. The first apex cranks with mini spider. Can't stand the ugly sods, I'm vevr happy they standardised bolt patterns.
