Title: Peregrine CLP finished (well, almost)
Post by: WINI on June 30, 2012, 03:39 PM
This has been a real labour of love since I bought the frame, forks and cranks from Del last year.  Still a decal or two short, but most of it is now together and it is probably my favourite build to date.  Very bling, and probably not to some peoples taste, but I love it.  Scoured the world for the right parts (Oz and US to name but two), and some is resto, some OG and some NOS.  Sorry for the poor quality backdrop, I'll take it somewhere more fitting soon  ;)

A big thanks to Brett, Joff, Lenny, Del and Paul for helping out with the resto in one way or another.  You guys...... :daumenhoch:

A run down of the parts:

1991 Peregrine Craig Le Paige freestyle frame and fork - OG
Peregrine Q Bars - rechromed
Peregrine 1st Gen speedline rims - rechromed
Peregrine Super Pro hubs - NOS
Peregrine 2nd Gen cranks - OG
Peregrine CD
Peregrine FSX front brake - stripped and polished
Peregrine FSX levers - NOS
DC AD990 rear brake
Peregrine HP tyres
Peregrine sealed bearing pedals
Peregrine stem - NOS
Peregrine seat
Peregrine post
Peregrine clamp
Oddy gyro

I didn't mate, I bought em off the museum already rechromed, they are a very nice finish but the postage costs to the US might be a bit steep!  ;D
