Title: Liverpool Ride out about town Sat 13th April *** MERSEY RIDE***
Post by: magiccat on January 10, 2013, 07:55 PM: Ok this has been muted by a couple of people and as these ride dates keep coming thick and fast I thought I best get a date sorted. Also to keep Griff and his calendar happy :LolLolLolLol:

12-30 ish meet at Liverpool Lime street then off to sample some of the local culture. And the odd photo by the dock etc.

Now before any of the scouse bashing begins yes hopefully you will still have your wheels left come the night time ;D when we can lose the bikes and enjoy liverpool's night life.

more details will follow with proposed route nearer the time.

I've never had any problems, and taken mine on 2 x Chester rides, 2 x Radchesters, 2 x Brum rides, MK12, Blackpool and Leeds.

The only issue is the train being packed, I had this with Welsh rugby fans going to Cardiff and a stag do on the way to Wini's ride. :daumenhoch:

After Southport i stopped for a Kebab in down town westhoughton then on the way down a small hill bumped up on a stone and lost grip of the bars :shocked:
got a bit of a tank slapper then managed to grab hold again.
Not sure i could take the pain of bouncing down the road anymore ::)

P.S. i did come off at southport trying to do a big bunny hop over a kerb :2funny:

Any one traveling with dan can leave there bike at mine so thay can they go have a few beers without them and catch the last train back, i can deliver them back to north wales tomorrow :)

Great to meet the guys on the ride again and the bikes were again stunning, Barlow doing his squeekers on lime street and tail whips over the steps :coolsmiley: oh and the guy nearly got run over by Barlows back wheel in his face ... Mint

Barlow, Ant me and Tink came home on train and missed our station due to these two Jedwood wannabees ... Rode an extended route home and loved it "bmx in the Rain" splashing through the puddles and jumping off the kerbs ... Big kid really :4_17_5:

Matt n me scooting up to Evans cycles for a replacement and Matt sliding off inside the shop in front of the staff and customers ;D
The real ale at The lady of mann.
A donnor kebab for dinner.
Newcastle brown at The pump house
Getting mither'd by tramps at the square for beer.
Slipping and sliding through the shopping center and getting told off for riding into the underground car park.
Riding the bikes through burger king up to the counter :D
And of course getting home in one piece :daumenhoch:

Bring on the summer and Radchester :4_17_5:
