Yep 3rd rad session at terminal 1 for 2014 to be ran alongside terminal 1's oldies night.
Sat 3rd may 7-11pm so a good 4 hour session(usually nice & quiet for first hour ideal for new/unsure riders to have a good roll round :) )
£10 to ride for the full 4 hours :) or free to spectate & take pics or chat & mingle ;)
We usually need a minimum of 20 riders boys to make this happen so get your names down.its a great park with a chilled vibe.
We have had many successfull nights here aswell as the rad winter gatherings.
Terminal park

- Driving out of Melton Mowbray on the B6047 ( i.e. from the top towards the bottom in the pic below ) the airfield is situated a couple of miles out of Melton.
- You are looking for a right hand turn HALF WAY across the airfield ( DON'T take the first right AS SOON as you get on the airfield next to the houses on the right or you will be lost )
- The turn you need has a sign saying 'Industrial Estate' - you will see the lights of the industrial estate and need to head for that.
Do not turn down anywhere other than the turn that says 'Industrial Estate' !
- Drive down the old runway to the first warehouse on your right - its got 2 big spotlights, big blue doors and a windsock flying - drive through the gates and park out front.

Theres a nice little cafe to chill in with some decent food and nice coffees.

Rich it's even worse (or better Ed will say) as the wife has organised a weekend away over the bank holiday so I'm now out :'(
I'm gonna be MIA at Nottz as well as we're not back till Monday :-\
I think riding on bank holiday weekends is just too problematic with interfering wives :uglystupid2:

you need to learn to play it better dawg!
get up early ... play with the kids... "you stay in bed love" ... everything you can ..have a great FAMILY day! then evening comes and you say 'see ya!' ... make sure she can go out one night in the week with her friends, or you take her out ... if YOU going out is a problem remind her that she went out and you didn't say anything... and you aren't going the pub ... its the equivalent of the gym ... keeping fit and having fun... and that you don't need to be made to feel guilty about doing that :) Sunday ... Monday ... same again.
Gotta play the Yin & Yang game bud ... its one ( or a couple ) of evenings FFS

Glad the new owner wasn't able to get over as we didn't put up much of a turnout for him.
That said we rode our arses off for 4 hours solid. The Leeds duo got in there early and were ripping everywhere. John went off... peg stalling everything vertical... even ended up grinding over the doorway ... fooking rad. John's mate Ben is one of my fav riders ... Rad and inventive at the same time. Kickboxing Danny got over the doorway "whilst it was still there" ... me and Jim kept it real trying transfers, killing the door gap, Jim got a couple of rock and rolls, I was trying grinds, transfers from pyramid to flat bank and getting nearer to clearing the box than I ever have.
It was a proper workout!
If you have the door gap on your to do list you better get over there ... its days are numbered.
