Well my Saturday plans have been scuppered so I've spoken to Boardroom Sam and who's up for a little roll around ya Ol'Boardroom in the evening :daumenhoch:
Suspect Soul Session @ The Boardroom - Leicester
Saturday 14th June - 9pm to 12
Looking for 10 riders @ £10 each to make it happen ... 15 riders max
Could do a Street session before if anyone is up for it ... meet at the Boardroom @ 7.30 ... I found a pump track round the corner last time I was out :)

Fooking belting session, started out with a bit of street, recon'd by Ed previously , pump track, canal ride , flatbanks to walls, the famous stealth bomber banks and hacking through the city center at full bore , brill :daumenhoch:
on to the BR , every one was on it :2gunsfiring_v1: probs one of the raddest nights we've had for a while :daumenhoch:

getting the shit done was Rich who decided that he wanted to learn disasters (never done em before) so rolled at the jump box POW! first time :daumenhoch: got a few more in then moved onto the mini half pipe again first fooking time :daumenhoch: :daumenhoch: YEAH!!!!!! much to Spens amusement :yahoo_silent: ;D

...can only add the following.
Vickky Park stop on the street ride was a blast - rolled up 6 deep on a couple of new school lads and some skaters having a session - got stuck stright in much to the new schools appreciation. They were stoked to see 'old guys still doing it" and riding new school bikes :daumenhoch: - could have staying there much longer. Blasting through town on the way back is always awesome.
Alan went 'off' with a smile on his face all night. He threw out everything. Not bad seeing as he broken his collar bone last time he was there!
Sam does the BEST carves. I like watching Sam carve A LOT. Style. In buckets.
Rich, as Jim said, was epic. I did a couple of disasters and Rich goes 'you make that look easy' I told him to have a go and he just popped it straight off... then took it to the mini and nailed it before I could :4_17_5:
Jol was worried about getting dust on his bike at the pump track ;) riding at "70%" we was still going off. Flow and flow tricks :daumenhoch:
Jim was still getting a couple of feet out of the big quarter, had fun on his plank with wheels and said the best line of the night to the new school kids as we rode off ... "you're never too young" classic Jim sage sayings.
Spen's face when Rich popped a disaster straight off. Classic.

It was indeed an awesome night. There is something special about this scruffy, crappy skatepark that somehow pushes us all....
Two things we decided last night.
1 Al is not invited again. He made it all look too easy and then some :shocked:
2 I lacked any kind of commitment at all trying to nail disasters. Any kind of commitment at all :LolLolLolLol:
Still got out the top of the 8' quarter again though beeches :2funny:
