As per usual MK turns out to be one amazing weekend, i'd like to thank a few people for doing stuff that just help it all tick over.
In no set order i hasten to add
Nick and Rich for being the ever calming voice of reason, i for one was all for telling someone to fook right off but they convinced me otherwise.
Twobobrob for turning up on Friday morning, spending all day putting those amazing ramps together and giving up his whole weekend to make sure everyone who chose to ride them could do so.
Bob acid for the sunday morning clean up operation
Stidds for sorting the show n shine stuff
All the show n shine judges for stepping up and THE hardest job of all, picking only 4 bikes out of each category.
Dannywhac for the clean up of the Helipad and motocross area all weekend! and for constantly making me wet myself laughing.....Bacon shoes ;D
Steve69 for those superb wood burners which were works of art mate!
Everyone who had a go and also came over to give support for the Long jump and Bunny hop comps, we had some great fun doing those.
Ed for putting up with my constant flatulence all weekend in the Hotel ;D
Carl for doing all the banners, stickers and mugs and never taking anything for his time and materials :4_17_5:
but i guess most of all, everyone for coming along, bringing all your bikes and making it THE best old school BMX event in the UK
:4_17_5:
sorry if i've forgotten anyone :-[

Well said and I echo those comments !
Dannywhac, constantly going around the site all weekend picking up and bagging crap.......
Most importantly the Rad members for partaking in the best event for our beloved hobbie.....BMX
Top weekend fellas.

Organising an event of that scale really takes some doing.
Pulling it off in a way that achieved so many happy faces and endless messages of appreciation takes it all to another level.
Well done you guys. :4_17_5:

It's ok rob we all know it's actually you who is Mr MK and we love you for it
-
I totally agree with everything Rob has said whole heartily.
It was frickin amazing from start to finish.
I'm still in shock from my show and shine result. Getting an accolade from your peers and people you hold in such high regard and with their vast knowledge and expertise means a great deal.
It's been very very emotional and a weekend that I'll never forget as long as I live.
A massive thank you to you Rob and all those admin and mods who work their bollocks off to make it such a brilliant event for everybody!
The hog roast was epic too!
... Oh I nearly forgot I was chatting to Andy Ruffell to top it all off ...
From being a kid trying to bunny hop on my GS Burner to all this . Simply unforgettable everyone.
Thank you all!
Great friends and comrades who share an incredible passion for this thing called BMX !
Long may it continue! Long live RadBMX!

Yeah, I'd like to echo the thoughts on here and the other threads and thank you for organizing such a great event! I could only make it for a few hours on the Sunday but was impressed with what I saw and got to meet a few Radsters as well. Top job guys!! :4_17_5:

Totally ace event.. huge thanks to all involved. It's the only event me and my dad do together all year.. he's been there with me every year since MK06 (only missed 14). It's just like the old days when he used to drive miles taking me racing all over the south... cheers dad :daumenhoch:

Top weekend quite large pat on the back to the organisers.
First time I have attended MK, and it was cool to be around so many like minded people, not felt that kind of vibe and enthusiasm towards our sport since the 80's.. for a moment I thought I was back there!
I was going to apologise to my fellow campers Ski330, Rulin and Carl for my persistent farting, but they all put me to shame with a fine grand finale towards the end of the weekend.
It was great having a chat and a photo with Andy Ruffell, what a top man he still is, giving up his time to make the event even more special!
MK16 Bring it on!! :bellend:

To all key players ....many thanks for a great wk end ....keeps getting better every year...and I met Andy ruffell.....
