I was going to suggest that we all get on the Mersey ferry, and do a river cruise. It takes 50 minutes and there's a bar on there, but costs £10 per head.

Little known fact ...The term Woolyback comes from the dock workers who got paid the least money ( those from outside Liverpool ) to load bales of wool on and off ships in the docks .... They carried the said bales on their backs ... Hence the term !
Therefore Andy,Joff and I are Woolybacks but Tony Lee of course is a Wiganer! :2funny: :LolLolLolLol:

I was twitching last night as it was the 4th round FA cup draw yesterday and the matches are scheduled for the 30th ::) The RAD gods were on my side though and we got Carlisle or Yeovil away so im a defo :)

I always wear shorts due to diabetic neuropathy in my legs (nerve damage which hurts when something brushes over them .....so I am wondering could I get away with wearing Spens all day and evening or should I bring a pair of trousers for the evening to change into ???

I'd say, if you're taking a rucksack, then maybe some trackie bottoms would be an advisable addition.

I think the bbc weather is more accurate and all TV channels seem to agree with beeb interweb weather
plus my lads footy is still on and normally slightest bit of bad weather and the council call it all off so thats a good omen.
