PLEASE DON'T USE PHOTOBUCKET - THEY'VE SWITCHED OFF 3RD PARTY HOSTING AND OTHER SITES MAY DO THE SAME IN THE FUTURE, CAUSING US TO LOSE VALUABLE CONTENT
If you're new to the site or just want to know how to add pics directly to :radbmxsmilie: without using a hosting site, here are some (hopefully) simple instructions you can follow
To add a photo -
When you've typed your post just click on the attachments and other options link here

When you click on the link you can then add your photo(s) directly from your phone, tablet or PC
Just click on 'Browse' and then select your photo directly
Click on 'more attachments' to add more, up to a maximum of 5 photos per post (maximum total size limit per post is currently 4096KB / 4MB but if you have more you can always put them in a new post underneath)
PLEASE NOTE - there is currently a maximum size of 2048KB / 2MB for each pic, so if you have a flash camera or a very fancy new phone you might need to resize them. Either download a photo resizing app OR just take a screenshot of the photo and it will come out smaller (iPhone users just press both buttons together to take a screenshot)

Also just discovered that you can actually post images inside your thread by clicking on 'insert attachment' after you've browsed for pics and loaded them in - they appear in your post wherever your pointer happened to be and show up in your post as 'attachment=1, 2, 3 etc
I won't be doing any more screenshots on this though as
1) I can't be arsed - have a play and work it out for yourselves :teef:
2) If you have multiple images it does seem to be entirely random which images go where so you have to keep going back and modifying the post changing the numbers round

To embed a video just use the Youtube or Vimeo buttons when posting, then copy/paste the video link in between the codes that appear
e.g.

But FYI if you preview the post when attaching photos directly it seems to jam it up for some reason
Would recommend you just post and then modify it afterwards if you need to change something

Got it, just assumed if didn't preview wouldn't load.

Mine too - it's a pain but not found a way around that (other than trial and error)

yep . Try setting up BOTM like I did the first month .. was trial and error

UPDATE
the upload limit has been increased to a smidge over 3MB per photo, so should work from your phones without having to do any tricks :daumenhoch:
Hopefully this will help stop people using shite photobucket
