Hi Guys,
Bought a Mongoose Grand Prix earlier this year (UK Mongoose from 84), was mostly o.g missing the usual bits (grips, pedals etc) Struggling to find out what the o.g seat was? Anyone own a GP, have info? (think maybe a Mongoose branded Kashimax?)
Any help greatly appreciated!
Cheers,
PJ

Hi mate and welcome to RAD.
My suggestion would be to pm RAD's very own goose expert Bobafett aka Johnnygoose, he'll be able to tell you what the guy had on his butties on the day he welded it in the factory.
I had a UK Supergoose 3, it had an Aeroyal type BMX seat.

Looks a bit like a mongoose stamped Viscount dyna or something?? ???
But I bet they just shipped them with Viscount Aero saddles instead

It's a cheap italian made mongoose stamped seat mate.
They came on both the "brit geese" - the mongoose ammaco Wire Wheel and the Grand Prix.
Hope that helps........
Here's a piccy of one of mine:
