Hiya kid's, picked this up local yesterday.
As most of you know I'm partial to the odd tank & have fancied one of these for a while. It was hanging in the original owners shed for years & is exactly how he last rode the thing which is right cool in my book. Plan is to chuck the wheels back on, they'll need new tyres & fit the brake blocks that are missing & that's it....(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20171105/17ad1004055b0d7aaee200790523c78b.jpg)

thinking about it, knowing how steep your hill is you'll probably need all the stopping power you can muster :teef:

I think there comes a point where nostalgia and throw it back into the canal FFS collide ;D
Sorry but that's a boat anchor ;)

That, my dear Picklette - is a mid school classic. A former mate of mine was the distributor for a while.
On the subject, I have a unique set of Eastern lugged forks here. Given to me by Denis Wingham when he was sponsored by Eastern, I ran them on my Condor for years. What makes them unique is that they have a manufacturing error, making them literally one of one.
I'd like someone to have them but I want them to go into a collection, not onto a bike to be flipped.

He's a Philistine that Pickle
Sounds like you need to build something round them forks Rob..

I'm not a collector/builder at all mate.
I'm only on here because I had some stories to share and I've long since told them all - twice! :LolLolLolLol:
