Do you who always feel MK is over all too quickly? If so, then here is some great news....
For this year's instalment of your favourite BMX weekender, Radbmx are starting the party early - for the first time access for ALL ticket holders will be from 3pm on the Friday!
As always Radbmx will be bringing you the regular favourites of show and shine, buying and selling, show tents, bunny hop and long jump competitions, the hog roast and legendary Dog and Duck on Saturday night with a great line up of DJs to entertain you and now the added bonus of an early start on Friday. Expect a more chilled vibe and a few surprises to come as we prepare for the biggest BMX shindig of the year
Due to the size restrictions on site and strict safety regs we have to strictly limit ticket sales but offer camping on a first come/first served basis - entry will be from 3pm onwards (to allow us some time to set up) and friendly RAD marshals will be on hand to help you find a spot
Ticket Costs and Payment Info
Please read VERY CAREFULLY - You need to follow each step, or your application will be ignored and your money refunded
Weekend Tickets (Friday 3pm to Sunday) Includes S&S entry, hog roast and drinks at the Dog & Duck on Saturday
Adults 14 & over - £25
Children 5 & over - £10
Baby Radsters - FREE
Sunday Admission - FREE
How to pay? PLEASE NOTE Only site supporters can apply for tickets at this stage - if any are left in around a week we will make them available to forum members
1 - Please make a friends/family payment to rad@radbmx.co.uk via Paypal for your ticket(s) In the PayPal comments box put your forum username and the first name/surname of anyone in your group, including those under 14
2 - Once paid, please send me a PM VIA THE FORUM stating the amount paid AND the PayPal address you used
3 - Once I have confirmed payment, I will message you a booking reference number via Paypal which you can use to collect your wristbands on the gate. This is an ALL TICKET event so no-one will be able to pay on the gate
DO NOT FORGET TO ADD YOUR NAME (OR NAMES IF FOR MORE THAN ONE PERSON) INTO THE COMMENTS/NOTES SECTION OF YOUR PAYPAL PAYMENT. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN YOUR PAYMENT BEING REJECTED.

No big drama - the old addy isn’t going anywhere and we can manually fix tags if we know people have paid
Only way I think we can stop it happening completely though is for people to log into their PayPal & switch off the auto renew, then either set it up again or just buy tags as a one-off when they run out :daumenhoch:

I'll be honest and I have used the RAD forum for years. When ever I've been researching things on google....99% of things bring me on to posts and threads on here. I have been a member before but found it a bit tricky to figure out. But the more I come on the more I will get use to it. I am on Facebook alot, but there is far too much unwanted things on it, so I think Joining on here and paying my supporters fee, will make me more active....Looking forward to be part of this...

Doing our best to ensure site supporters get the best possible chance to buy, but if after 2 weeks on sale and a newsletter to tag holders they still haven’t got one then tough titties unfortunately

I didn't get a PM either, and dozens of people will undoubtedly be saying the same over the next few weeks/months.
What I did do though is visit the forum every day, sometimes multiple times and saw the thread that Griff started about ticket sales.
People are forgetting that MK is a RADBMX organised event, and it all starts here, on the forum. The thread was started and an email was sent to the account that is linked to their RAD profile. I've messaged a few of my pals to notify them of this and they said they hadn't seen anything, my response to them was 'you need to check in to the forum more' it's as simple as that.
If people miss out then they've only themselves to blame, it looks like the RAD Team are doing all they can to promote it.

We’ve been saying for ages they’d go on sale in May so you’d think even the least observant peeps would have cottoned on.
They’ll go on general sale next week (I need to get some work done before then :teef: ) & I expect we’ll sell out before long, in the meantime GET YOUR TICKET ORDERS IN :daumenhoch:
