Hi All
A little while back we switched to a new PAYPAL account, since the old one still had Billy Stupple’s name attached to it.
It has become apparent though that some site supporters’ tags are no longer showing up, because people still have their autopayments set to the old ‘Billy’ address
Sadly we are unable to prevent this, since auto payments are controlled from your PayPal accounts
So what can you do to stop it happening?
To avoid it happening next time your tag expires....
Log on to PayPal website (not the app) and find the last payment to Radbmx@live.co.uk (Billy Stupple)
If you have it set up to autopay you can click on a link to manage settings
Cancel it here and then when it runs out you can set up a new auto payment or just pay manually via the forum fistblump
What if I’ve paid already but the tag’s not showing?
PM one of the admins (not me lol) and they should be able to manually reset your tag :daumenhoch:

Mine was renewed 2 days ago (to the old paypal address). I’ve cancelled the auto renew as per your guide. Easy!

Still quite a few coming through to the old account
Not a problem as it all ends up in the same pot eventually, but if you want your tag to show up automatically the money needs to go to the current address :daumenhoch:

Sorry fella’s, just realised my sst money has gone to the old stupple acount (thought I’d changed it). Stopped it auto renewing now & will set up the new one :daumenhoch: can you still retrieve the funds & sort it for me?

I've had exactly the same thing. I've managed to remove the old subscription and I've tried to sort the refund out via PayPal but they've told be to bugger off. can someone sort me out too please?

Click My Money then click Update beside My preapproved payments to find your payment.
Select the payment, and then click Cancel.
A subscription can be cancelled up until the day before the next scheduled payment in order for you not to be charged.
