So early this year I bought an OS20 GT XXL to see if the oversized wheels lived up to the hype?
Well after a couple of rides I was hooked but as a devout SE guy I wanted to try converting a modern SE
I got a 2018 XXL frame off Martin OGGY Ogden as the basis for the project but the frame looked like an 8 year old had applied the graphics so off for paint it went

I built the bike using wheels off the GT,Anser Dagger forks as they have clearance for an OS20x1.85 tyre, Long reach Litepro brake to accommodate the bigger rear wheel and an eccentric bottom bracket

with the BB set with the axle in its lowest position the geo is very similar to a regular 20" but with the added stability of the larger wheels

:) Nice bit of ingenuity:)
-
Very nice.
Looks like it would ride quite smoothly.
Should be fun to get out there and have a play on it.
Riding an OS myself they certainly are more comfortable and forgiving.

For some unknown reason I can't see the pictures but in any case, I'd be interested to know more about that eccentric BB. :daumenhoch:

Same happens with me? but sometimes click on the "photo not found" box and it takes you to photobucket and sometimes you can see it there but sometimes you can see a lot more of that persons photobucket pics? ::)
