Hi I have a bmx that I used as a child. It has numerous stickers on it (kuwahara, Oakley amongst others) and at one stage had mongoose pads on it!
The serial number is F1821823 which is stamped on the bottom bracket.
It also has a star shaped cut out of the metal strengthening plate at the front of the frame
Will post some pictures when I am back over at my parents and dig it out of the shed!!

What other identifying marks or design features should I look for to help me identify which bike it is?
Is pro star the make of bike?

Oh wow so it’s a diamond back?!? Reading the info it’s possibly quite a rare bike then?
From memory I bought it for £60 back in 86-87 from a local bike shop. Will take more pictures when I’m back over the parents.
Looking at the pictures on the link you sent mine looks like it may have been a mixture of several different bikes as there are blue and red bits of it
