So after what seems a lifetime.. up and downs, general sh!t life throws at you I've come back to :radbmxsmilie:
Some may remember me and some wont but no bother, wanted to come and say hi again (7 years later :crybaby:)
I've dragged an old project back out of the loft and decided to finally use it what I think will be a lovely pub bike..the purists will rinse me but I think the paint job looks the dogs danglies..If anyone can remember flogging it to me way back when would be great to get a reminder so please say hello :4_17_5:
Be prepared for daft questions (again) and trying to buy any cheap or unwanted parts to get her back on the road fistblump
Thanks for reading...VIVA RADBMX

Nice frame :daumenhoch:

I really like that colour way. :welcome back :daumenhoch:

Nice frameset - it looks like a late 90's Haro Revo or Zippo, could be wrong. Build it with a nod to the era it came from, ie Midschool and you won't go wrong :daumenhoch:

Thanks Spen for the welcome back, yeah it's a Zippo , racking my brain who I bought it off and they did the paint etc.
Definitely going to keep it mid school :slayer: going to be keeping my eyes out for some Fusion stuff (think that would work) or anything that suits... happy to listen to any advice / recommendations fistblump

Welcome back fistblump 8)

Yep, Fusion stuff was the era with Zippos for sure. My brother still has one out in Oz with him and it has an 8-ball power disc and 48-spoke Fusion wheels and a Fusion stem I'm sure 8)
Don't kill yourself trying to get it right straight away - why not scan through Gum tree for a local cheap ?50 donor bike for all the parts first then slowly replace bits when you find them as they do come up - that's what I'd do to start with and then you've got it for summer ???

Yeah thats a great idea, would love to get it back up and running as soon as possible...probably where I used to go wrong tbh...I used to be obsessed trying to find the perfect parts but just end up getting F'all :idiot2:
Thanks for the advice...the hunt begins

Don't forget a build thread. :)

Build threads are the best threads.
I've got a complete non-pure built up so no judgement.
