Been working at Sir Chris Hoys last week. Managed to have a chat with him about BMX and his younger days which was cool. 😏
(I've always wanted to on previous occasions but never have)!! 🤪
Was talking about the various groups and the scene in general. Don't think he's on Facebook but he does have a browse on the bmx hall of fame on Instagram now and again 😄
Nice guy. Will have another chat with him when I go back. 😏

It was. I met him in Glasgow in 2018. Nice guy and very inspiring. fistblump

9i also met him on a job a few years ago, was very humble, made sure he greeted EVERYONE...i think he said he had a PK Ripper bitd but don't quote me...Probably the only person ever knighted who is not a kiddyfiddler.......

His a nice bloke, also was a rival to my neighbour Simon Jones who was a factory Robinson rider back in the day, but Simon was the fastest and Chris was 2nd in the same team! But they are still good friends, Simon gave up BMX (until he met me) and Chris went on to win all of the golds, amazing.
