I have had a discussion with the Administrators and it has been decided that if you have built any bikes that have not been in BOTM you can enter it in the contest. fistblump fistblump
Get them entered explosion explosion

Normally, you can only enter a bike that's been completed within the last month, but I think Brett is suggesting that any bike that's never been entered before can go in.
It's a great idea Brett, but I think that the whole ?forum having the worst photo upload process? puts people off, coupled with the ?forgot my password/it's a forum, not the Pentagon? difficulty in getting on here is still putting people off.
It's not simply a case of getting people to enter their bikes anymore, we're now struggling to get people to log in to complete the simple task of voting.

As someone fairly new to using this site, the above couldn't be more spot on :daumenhoch:

Thanks Dan.
Spot on. If people need a password reset I can do that.
If people need any help uploading a picture give me a shout.

I think your main issue is diverting traffic on to here from FB, I constantly tried to do it when I was a Mod, and that was 7 years ago, so I don't fancy your chances. However, it's still good to see the forum active albeit quiet, but I do respect the efforts that you and the other Admin's/Mod's put in (even if there are only a couple of you putting the graft in). Although I'm no longer building/riding and I think the BMX scene is shite now (there is a screenshot of me saying that, so I'll back up my statement), I still like to see the efforts being put in by real people building real bikes, BOTM is a staple part of the forum and the forum is a staple part of the scene. I hope people continue to support both.

The biggest ball ache I find with forums is there are too many ?rooms?. Facebook is easy, whip your phone out and your on straight away. Forums, are a pain when you have to remember log in details, and then viewing on a mobile is difficult. The other thing is names....I've been on here a couple of years and I still only know maybe 3 or 4 of you by forum name. And photos have a maximum file size. I know there are apps to reduce file size, which I use on here and the museum.
Im currently on my phone as I type this and it's just not mobile friendly at all.
